La Dimora del Pataca rende omaggio a un vero e proprio eroe romagnolo. Una persona ingenua e buona che prende la vita con leggerezza… personaggio tipico e caratteristico della nostra tradizione ricordato nel celebre film Amarcord. Esiste nel Borgo San Giuliano di Rimini un luogo d’altri tempi ristrutturato con amore e rispetto per l’architettura locale e per la nostra terra. I pavimenti in cotto e le pietre antiche di recupero, i soffitti a voltine e le travi a vista rievocano un’atmosfera quasi surreale. Ora, chiudi gli occhi per qualche istante e… ...immagina di essere a Rimini. Seduto sulla soglia della tua Dimora. Percorrerai i vicoli e le viuzze e ammirerai sui muri colorati delle case i murales dedicati alla vita del grande regista. Respirerai un’atmosfera molto particolare e vivrai la semplicità dei borghigiani che con ospitalità e cortesia ti faranno sentire a casa. La Dimora del Pataca è disposta su due piani: al piano terra, si trova un soggiorno con un angolo cottura completo e un divano letto matrimoniale; al primo piano, una camera matrimoniale e il bagno con box doccia. La casa dispone di aria condizionata regolabile su ogni piano, televisione e wifi.
Ciao a tutti, siamo Emanuele e Lorenza. Dimore da vivere racconta proprio la nostra storia. Piccoli angoli accuratamente ristrutturati che aprono le porte a chi vive la vita come un viaggio. Dentro alla valigia sogni, aspettative, desideri, voglia di scoprire e di ritrovarsi. In questo angolo della città abbiamo trovato un pezzo di storia alla quale apparteniamo. I biglietti, i messaggi e gli abbracci ricevuti in questi anni sono la testimonianza più importante del vostro passaggio… sono il nostro “grazie” più bello. Ogni volta che qualcuno parte sappiamo che porterà con sé un pezzettino di noi e che noi conserveremo il ricordo di chi abbiamo avuto l’onore di incontrare. Ogni giorno impariamo qualcosa di più, ci arricchiamo, grazie a te e a tutti coloro che avremo il piacere di ospitare nelle nostre Dimore. Nel borgo si respira un'atmosfera magica... ci auguriamo che anche i nostri ospiti possano sentirla e viverla così come lo è per noi. Grazie a tutti i nostri compagni di viaggio. Ti aspettiamo a Rimini.
La Dimora del Pataca si trova all'interno del Borgo San Giuliano, l'antico borgo di pescatori e marinai. Avrai tutto a portata di mano. Ristorantini della tradizione romagnola, piccole botteghe di una volta, gelaterie artigianali, bar, negozi e tanto altro… Pochi passi e troverai sicuramente tutto quello che cerchi e di cui avrai bisogno. A pochi passi dal centro storico e a pochi passi dal mare. Una passeggiata a piedi lungo il canale fino ad arrivare al mare attraversando il Ponte di Tiberio (I sec.) oppure due passi nel grande Parco Marecchia e ti ritroverai in centro storico. Arrivata la sera, potrai scegliere di goderti l’intimità di una cenetta preparata “in casa”, gustare una tradizionale cena romagnola in uno dei tanti ristorantini servizio di delivery direttamente “a casa”. Potrai uscire in tranquillità e goderti il borgo e i suoi incantevoli locali. Oppure, dopo una giornata estremamente attiva, potrai restare a casa: piccola spesa nelle botteghe del borgo e cenetta intima in famiglia. Potrai ammirare il ponte al tramonto, leggere un libro al parco o sederti in strada lasciandoti trasportare dalla magia del borgo...
