Our strength is in the availability and cleanliness of the apartment! Free parking inside the gate of the house Independent entrance on the ground floor (no steps) armored door bright just 6 minutes drive from the historic center / hospital / station 2 min exit of the ring road ACQUACALDA Free parking inside the gate of the house we are 500 m from GSK Acoustically and thermally insulated apartment, the windows are electrically controlled and have an advanced air conditioning system with remote control. For two people available double only bed with slatted frame with sheets, blankets, quilts. You will have a new 32 inch HD LED TV with international satellite channels. Full kitchen: induction hob, microwave / grill, fridge, extractor fan, dishwasher. Dining table. We are practically on the route of the ancient Via Francigena Stage 11 from Monteriggioni to Siena. At check-in the tourist tax of 2 euro per person / day must be paid.
I speak English and French. I was born, I live and work in Siena. They are from the district of the Istrice. Passionate about basketball. I live in the same villa where the apartment is located, therefore always available for tourist suggestions and support.
The area has many services (supermarket, pharmacy, petrol stations) and many areas for green parks. It is located halfway between the magnificent Siena countryside and the city center: we are 3 Km from Piazza del Campo, 3 km from the railway station, 4 minutes walk to the bus stop (15 minutes from the city center). Also wanting to enjoy the magnificent Siena countryside you can immediately use the Via Francigena path to walk or bike to Monteriggioni (Stage 11: Monteriggioni in Siena) or the center of Siena. It will be a pleasure to help you discover the secrets of our land. You will be in the center of Tuscany, 5 minutes drive from the center of Siena, 10 km from Monteriggioni and Chianti, 30 km from San Gimignano, 40 km from Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza, 60 km from Florence, 85 from Pisa and Lucca. Tyrrhenian sea is easy to reach.
