La Fontaccia enjoys a wide garden (1 ha), a panoramic in-ground pool (14x7, depth of 1.40 mt), a solarium (umbrellas and sunbeds). It features brick bbq, wood-burning oven, a porch equipped for the entire group, 1 kitchen. Guests can walk within the property (1 ha). An entrance that is always open leads to the inside of the property with private parking. Interior La Fontaccia 10 (165 m2) is equipped with mosquito nets, AC in the bedrooms and independent entrances, 3 double bedrooms on the gr. floor and 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor, each with TV, small fridge, kettle, private shower bathroom. All rooms have independent entrance and private outdoor space with kitchenette (sink, two induction hobs), umbrella or awning, table and chairs. Below the level of the rooms is a large porch equipped for the entire group, from which you can access a kitchen (electric oven, 4 burner hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher) and a laundry room (3 washing machines, iron and ironing board). Position Located in the heart of the Maremma. Ideal for a group of friends who want to spend their holidays together but with their own privacy. Equipment Equipped with wi-fi internet connection, AC in the bedrooms, heating, courtesy set in the bathrooms, mosquito nets in all rooms, 3 baby beds, 3 high chairs.
