Comfortable and elegant three-room apartment that has just been renovated, fully air conditioned, with a large furnished terrace overlooking the sea (where there is a large wooden pergola), two bathrooms with shower, two balconies, entrance and corridor. The holiday home is located in the most requested area of ​​Favignana, a few meters from the sea, a stone's throw from the town center and just 5 minutes walk from the port. From the terrace you can admire one of the most beautiful and fascinating panoramas of Favignana: from Monte Santa Catarina (with its ancient castle) to the Tonnara Florio, from the island of Levanzo and up to the long Sicilian coast (Marsala, Trapani and Erice). The terrace - which is equipped with numerous lanterns available to guests - is on two levels, so that you can watch the beautiful view even while sitting comfortably on the sofas. In one of the two double bedrooms, the beds can be separated (creating two singles), while the living room sofa turns into a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm) with a high mattress. The kitchen is well equipped and a washing machine is also available.

As a good Sicilian I developed a sense of hospitality, so it is essential for me to make the people I host feel "at home", and to follow them carefully during their vacation, so that they can experience an even more intense and exclusive travel experience . But, I hope to be able to pass on to them the love I feel for this island, which has always been dominated by a great variety of colors, flavors and fragrances, surrounded by a crystalline sea, shaped by its traditions and maritime culture, embellished by a heritage historical, architectural and cultural of rare beauty.

The house is located on the Favignana seafront, and is easily reached on foot from the port (5 minutes). The area is very cool and ventilated, being exposed to the north right in front of the sea. The town center is just 3 minutes away on foot, and you can find supermarkets, bakeries, food shops, clothing stores, souvenirs and more. In the center there are also numerous restaurants and pizzerias, but also fast food and takeaways with typical Sicilian products (arancine, fried fish, etc.). There are also many bars, ice cream parlors (where also delicious granita with croissants are served), and pubs. In summer the Municipality organizes numerous musical and artistic events in the central square, while some beach resorts organize events and disco. In the village there is also an outdoor cinema that shows films almost every night. In Favignana one moves above all by bicycle, even to go to the numerous beaches of the island: near the building there are several bicycle renters (normal and electric), but also motorcycles and cars. At the port you can rent boats and rafts or go around the island with large boats.
