We have renovated the ancient stone manor house dating back to the end of the 19th century, creating three comfortable rooms with large private bathrooms for you guests. All rooms have a cozy style with attention to history and tradition. But that's not all. La Lupa e l'Orso is also a 46-hectares farm among oak forests, meadows and cultivated fields where you can walk, rest or enjoy a picnic in a unique panorama.

Francesca and Andrea, but since 2024 also la Lupa e l’Orso. Tired of the rhythms dictated by the ephemeral needs that the city imposes, we tried to understand what was truly necessary for us. The answer was time. And during this last year we have rediscovered what it means spending good time together both working for the renovation, in the vegetable garden or with our animals, and resting, losing ourselves for hours in incomparable sunsets and in skies with infinite stars. It is incredible how this wonderful place manages to transform itself every day without ever being the same, shaped by nature, by the seasons and, with a certain pride, also by our work. And we are never alone, surrounded by our cheeky chickens, by the roe deers that graze all day in our fields and by Camilla and Penelope, our two dogs, who, as much as us, have enjoyed this change.

Our farm is located 10 minutes by car from Berceto, a city on the route of the Via Francigena and on the Strada del porcino mushroom of Borgotaro, where you can visit the Cathedral of San Moderanno, the ruins of the medieval fort, the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie and where you can taste the traditional cuisine. In the surrounding area there are numerous trekking, biking and walking routes for the whole family.
