This lovely attic is completely renovated, equipped with a full kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), a sofa and a 43-inch TV This apartment offers UNBEATABLE convenience for its proximity to the train station (10 meters), the maritime station (200 meters), metro, flixbus and taxi (50 meters), bus (30 meters). Once you have left your luggage, you can walk through the alleys and in a few minutes be at the Porto Antico where you will find much of the history of Genoa and the Aquarium (5m), many typical restaurants, up to the city center (15m). One of the strong points of this apartment is certainly the tranquility despite the proximity of all means of transport, which you can also enjoy together with your pet.

This renovated attic is 10 meters from the exit of the Principe station, at the beginning of the alleys of the historic center of Genoa; So you can immediately get rid of your luggage and leave for your tour on foot or with any means of transport you want: taxis, metro, trains, buses, boats, are all 30 to 200 meters from the apartment. Near the accommodation there are alleys that lead directly to the beating heart of Genoa and its ancient port, where the Aquarium is located (10 minutes on foot), a unique experience for all ages; near the aquarium there is the Pirates' galleon, a faithful reproduction of the boats of hundreds of years ago. In front of the aquarium rises Via San Lorenzo with its cathedral, which will lead you to Piazza De Ferrari; Needless to say, in the alleys of Genoa you can find any kind of cuisine you desire. based on your preferences I will be happy to recommend the best restaurants that the alleys of Genoa offer
