The house is located 1500 m away from the two large beaches: Foxi Manna and Melisenda. You will reach them in less than 5 minutes by car. The property enjoys an exceptional location on the hillside with a breathtaking view on the bay of Foxi Manna. It is a quiet and luminous place, with a large swimming pool (heated when necessary) on a "solarium" terrace, equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. Renovated in 2015, our house offers all the modern comforts (air conditioning, an indoor and outdoor kitchen, Wi-Fi access, a flat screen TV, and much more) while conserving its original style. There are 5 bedrooms (sleeps 14), 2 lounges, 5 bathrooms, and a kitchen; all of them tastefully decorated. You will enjoy a cosy atmosphere in an exceptional place while not being overlooked. A 100-m² terrace with kitchen, living room and barbecue guarantees unforgettable evenings in a quiet and peaceful setting. A Ping-Pong table and a boules court will allow the most active ones to have small competitions. Finally, there is a bio-aromatic garden at your disposal for enjoying your grilled meat and fish.
Passionate, inventive and creative, we love people, nature and unique places .... we hope to share this little corner of paradise with you. We live most of the year in Switzerland and it is therefore our housekeeper on site and her husband who will receive you upon arrival and give you all the advice and useful information. We have tried to think of everything to enchant you and make you feel at home.
La Mariachiara is located in a semi-residential area, on the hillside, in a magical, unique and rare place, still preserved from mass tourism. Nearby you will find small, simple restaurants of typical cuisine and supermarkets a few kilometers away. The small town of Tertenia is 9 km away for pharmacy, ATM, or gas for the car. Transfer from and to the airport : Transfer (taxi) from and to the airport (Olbia or Cagliari) as well as car rental is managed by our partner Loddo. We encourage you to choose this option, rather than renting a car at the airport. It can be very time-consuming to go through the process of renting a car at the airport and on top of that, find the way to our villas – it is easy to get lost. In order to facilitate your organization, we will be your point of contact for booking this service (Payment: directly with the chauffeur from Loddo by credit card or cash). How to book : when receiving your confirmation of stay, a few weeks before the date of your vacation.
