LA NICCHIA è una casa vacanze completamente ristrutturata con le caratteristiche volte a stella e a botte tipiche delle antiche abitazioni del Salento. La struttura è dotata di aria condizionata, cucina utilizzabile con piastra elettrica, frigorifero, Tv.
LA NICCHIA è una casa vacanze posizionata nel centro storico di Monteroni di Lecce distante solo 7 km dalla splendida città barocca di Lecce e a soli 20 km dal mar Jonio e 20 km dal mar Adriatico. Dispone di un cortile interno (dove poter fare la colazione) particolarmente grazioso e di esclusiva pertinenza all'immobile che consente l'accesso ad un terrazzo con vista del suggestivo giardino del Palazzo Baronale di Monteroni. A 50 metri dall'immobile è situata la Piazza centrale del paese, Piazza Falconieri, ove è disponibile un'ampia area parcheggio e numerose attività commerciali tra cui bar, edicola, tabaccheria ecc.
