This beautiful country house of over 200 square meters can accommodate up to 8 people. The house consists of two floors and a beautiful outdoor area. The ground floor has a single open space with a double sofa bed, a separate living room and a large separate bathroom with a shower and also a Jacuzzi. On the first floor there is a living room with a large fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds (possibility to have a double) and a bathroom with shower. Just outside the main entrance, there is a nice patio for outdoor dining and a large garden with olive trees. In the large garden there is a Softub pool, which allows you to cool off and relax while enjoying a splendid view of the Sienese countryside.

I have been dedicating myself to this activity for years, both with the "Palazzina" and at "Borgo dei Fondi" (in Siena) and I am happy to introduce my city - which I love - and my province to our guests who come from other parts of Italy and of the world.

The house is really in the green, with a magnificent and stunning view of the hills and Mount Amiata in the distance. It is locatedcclose to the Via Francigena, with the possibility of beautiful walks starting directly from the house. It is located a few km from the center of Siena, a city unique as unique is the Palio , you held every year on July 2nd and august 16th. A few minutes drive you'll find restaurants, bars, shops, ATM and pharmacy. The nearest supermarket is in Sovicille (5 minutes drive). The house is located a short distance (1 hour at least) from most of the beautiful Tuscan towns like: San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, the whole area of Chianti. You'll can reach Firenze in about one hour and half, the same for the coast (Maremma). Pisa in two hour.
