Located in a strategic position, allows easy access to the center of Rome by both car and train. The property is nestled within the family’s olive grove and has a private entrance. It offers ample parking and outdoor spaces for relaxation. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. Book your comfortable stay now!
The villa is located 25 km from Rome and is easily accessible via the A1 motorway (we are 2 km from the Rome Nord/Fiano Romano tollbooth). Additionally, we are a 5-minute drive from the train station on the Orte/Fiumicino Airport line and about 500 meters from the Cotral intercity bus stop.
