The property is just 2 km from the center of Lauria, where guests can find cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, and all essential services. Our location is perfect for exploring the region: the B&B is only a 20–25 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Maratea and Praia a Mare, and close to the Sirino Massif, Lake Sirino, and the Pollino National Park—ideal for walks, hikes, and outdoor nature experiences. Nearby, guests can also visit charming villages such as Rivello, Trecchina, the historic center of Maratea, Rotonda, Nemoli, Castelluccio, Viggianello, Diamante, and Scalea. The property features four comfortable rooms, each with its own identity: Napoli, Caracas, New York, and Djarfogo—cities tied to our family history. All rooms include a private bathroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, and a minibar. Every morning, in our spacious breakfast room, we serve an Italian breakfast with typical Lucanian products. Outdoors, guests can relax in the garden with sun loungers and a hammock, under the porch, or in the green areas surrounding the property. Free private parking is also available.
