The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential building with lift. The flat consists of a large room divided into kitchen area with dishwasher, family fridge and super-equipped kitchen, living area with table and 1.5-seat sofa bed, TV, bedroom with double bed and walk-in wardrobe. Finally, there is a lovely bathroom with a small terrace and a laundry area with a washing machine. The roof has just been renovated recovering the beautiful old decorations, but don't worry about the heat: there are air conditioning splits in every area! WIFI is available.

The apartment is located in an extremely quiet area full of things to discover: in the busy Via Coroneo, where the city court stands imposingly, you will find shops and supermarkets, but also many professional offices and people in suits. Walking in the other direction you will find the Public Garden, so relaxing with its pond and sleeping swans, and then Viale XX Settembre, full of bars and ice-cream parlours, a meeting point for strolls or an evening at the cinema or theatre. With longer walks or by taking the bus, you can easily reach the University of Trieste or the Ponterosso Canal and the historic centre. Finally, right next door, don't miss this gem: the Pasticceria Liberty is a real landmark for local specialities and has won numerous awards (including the world's best Pandoro in 2023). Here you can try some sweets that represent the city, including Le Perle di Trieste, Le Teresiane and Refoli!
