Fascinating flat situated in a building created on an ancient convent of Poppi, one of the Most Beautiful hamlet of Italy. The apartment is under the typical Tuscan medieval porch and every morning, drinking your coffee it is possible to enjoy the majestic Conti Guidi’s Castle that dominate the Casentino valley and the flat. It is about 110 mq., distinguished by a vintage and rustic style thank to the wooden beams, made of two bedrooms that can host up to 6 people. The ambience is typical of the Tuscany countryside and offers a comfortable shelter, for families and friends, from the stress. The house has all the comfort, heating, towel and linens, WI-FI, kitchen, in order to get together in the kitchen or in front of the fireplace. Two bedrooms made of master beds offer the right privacy, seeing that there are two bathrooms next to the bedrooms. Around the flat there are all the services you need like means of transport, markets and bars. From the terrace you can admire the Conti Guidi’s Castle that has maintained intact its appeal for centuries;

Poppi is in a strategic position because in 59 km you can find the “Perl of Tuscany”, Florence, and in an hour and half there are wonderful art heritage cities like Siena and Perugia and the Adriatic coast. Near the flat there is a wider choice of leisure activities such as golf, tennis and swimming pools, and, if you need a little sport you will find a lot of activities by walk, bike or horse, organised during all the seasons in the trails of the wonderful National Park of the Foreste Casentinesi and of the extraordinary grassland of the Pratomagno. Moreover, nearby there is the magnificent Franciscan sanctuary of Verna where Francesco d’Assisi received the stigmata. And last but not least, the Eremo of Camaldoli founded about one thousand years ago by San Romualdo, building that, nowadays, host a Benedictine Community.
