Penthouse with large terrace facing the sea, a rare if not the only solution in the real estate landscape of Montesilvano. From the terrace you have the sensation of dominating the sea from above with a truly suggestive view. On summer evenings it is possible to dine outdoors under the light of the moon reflecting on the sea and at dawn to admire the orange of the sun appearing on the horizon which shortly thereafter will warm up the days of our guests on the marvelous beaches of Montesilvano.
Montesilvano is very pretty and mainly enjoys the classic "sea life" with its golden sandy beaches and social life evenings. Near the structure you will find many shops, bars, ice cream parlors, trattorias and restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Attractions of all kinds also for children, suitable for families who want to spend a peaceful holiday and for all those who like a lively and eventful holiday.
