My name is ELVEZIA. I live in Misano Adriatico and I know all the famous and fine places in the Riviera Romagnola. I’m also an interior designer and I have been collaborating with LAMAR SEAFRONT APARTMENTS since many years. I’m happy to host you in our unique seafront locations and I will be at your disposal.

Nice apartments 20 meters from the sea! It seems to be right in the sea. One of the few seafront buildings on the Adriatic Coast.

Neighborhood info

PORTOVERDE is residential center and a touristic harbor between RICCIONE and CATTOLICA in the Riviera. A peaceful and exclusive location but with the possibility to reach in few minutes the most popular places where you can find restaurants and discos and wonderful beaches.
