Our House is a beautiful structure begun in 1960 ... which later became little house of the Sisters Adorers of the Precious Blood. Sannicandro di Bari was the first country to accoglere in Puglia the Precious Blood sisters more than 130 years ago. 2014 Snails has transformed the little house in B & B, giving new life to the ancient structure. The Bed and Breakfast The snails will welcome you in spacious and bright rooms, equipped with complete and comfortable furnishings, air conditioning and wi-fi. Roberto will spoil you with a hearty breakfast, you can wake up with the scents of homemade pastries. Breakfast is served in the living room. Each room has a private bathroom. Room images do not show all of our rooms, but only a few. Therefore, booking assignments may be different from room photos.
Roberto was born in Triggiano in 1980, he graduated in 2000 at the Institute of Bari Hotel "A. Perotti ", was cooking and pastry teacher from 2005 to 2016 at the Universities of Sannicandro di Bari of the Third Age. From February 2010 to June 2010 he was Professor of External Kitchen and Pastry at the State Institute Alberghiero "A. Perotti" in Bari. He made the three levels of L.I.S. (Italian Sign Language). He has done several jobs, while not forgetting the passion for cooking, especially for confectionery and chocolate, trying new harmonies without forgetting the tradition. In 2012 he opened the Pastry GREEN DOLPHIN in Sant'Oreste in the province of Rome, involving the communities in the country, for which he conducted cooking classes and pastries and other gastronomic events, enjoying considerable success. The Winkles is the start of his new adventure Puglia and the culmination of a dream pursued for a long time: return to his beautiful land and offering a warm welcome to those who want to meet you.
