Le Dimore di Luciana is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building provided with lift, close to Piazza Ludovico Ariosto, an area full of several commercial activities, just 8 minutes on foot away from Piazza Mazzini and 15 minutes away from Piazza S.Oronzo. Its strategic position allows its guests to easily discover the extraordinary historical and artistic beauty of the Baroque city, the variegated food and wine offerings of genuine flavours, the unique warmth of its inhabitants and the enchanting Salento beaches. The structure is equipped with free WI-FI and includes three independent appartments, each with comfortable double bedrooms with air conditioning, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, outdoor terrace, bathroom with shower, towels and household linen. Public parking is available in the area, free on Sundays and public holidays, and from Monday to Saturday at a cost of 60 cents/h from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. A launderette is only 50 metres away.

The neighbourhood is located in a residential, quiet area with all services ('h24' pharmacies, banks, public transport, restaurants, shops of all kinds, gyms). A few metres away, it is possible to visit the evocative Basilica of S. Antonio a Fulgenzio, one of the few architectural examples of Romanesque-Neo-Gothic style in Salento, with an adjoining library and picture gallery. Further on are the Giardini Pubblici (Public Gardens) beyond which, crossing the Palazzo dei Celestini-Prefettura (Palace of the Celestines-Prefecture), one reaches the historic centre to admire the famous Cathedral of Santa Croce, the enchanting Roman amphitheatre located in Piazza S. Oronzo, the Castle of Lecce and all the marvellous churches and monuments that make the city unique. Via del Mare stadium (5 minutes by car) and the PalaFiere (15 minutes on foot) are also within easy reach from the building.
