We have been in the field of farmhouse holidays, known as‘ agriturismo’ in Italian, for a good 25 years. Our farm is specialized in the production of oil, wine, vegetables and wheat and our passion for good food has led us to add ancient grains to our produce in the last 5 years. Ancient grains, are the wheat varieties that were grown from 1900 to 1940, which we cultivate today 100% organically, for our guests to enjoy in the homemade dishes of our restaurant.
