Our Residence in Trieste is a place where history and modernity meet in a unique context. Founded in 1992 as the city's first holiday home structure, it is located in what was once the prestigious production plant of SERRAVALLO china wine, an iconic name in the local industrial tradition. Thanks to the vision of architects Celli and Tognon, this former industrial building has been transformed into a refined residential complex consisting of 11 independent apartments, each characterized by a design that harmoniously blends industrial archaeology with housing needs. Located in the Barcola district, overlooking the sea, the residence offers its guests a stay experience that celebrates the history and charm of Trieste in a context of rare beauty.
The founder of the Residence was Renzo di Pretoro, who had the visionary idea of transforming an industrial building of the early '900 into the first Tourist Residence in the city.
Barcola is one of the most fascinating and renowned districts of Trieste, known for its privileged position along the coast and for its link with the sea. Located a few kilometers from the city center, Barcola is a residential neighborhood that offers a relaxed and holiday atmosphere, ideal for those who want to enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Trieste. The district is famous for its promenade, dotted with maritime pines, which leads up to the majestic Miramare Castle, one of the most iconic symbols of the city.
