"By The Sea" is a young family company born in 2018 after many years of experience in the real estate and nautical sector. Barbara has opened our office on the port as a nautical broker. At the same time, our partners, Paolo, Claudio and Salvatore have created "Noleggio Tolù", our nautical soul, which deals with the rental of inflatable boats and boats. In 2015 Beatrice arrived, fled from the life of a university researcher, after taking the license of real estate agent, she started the whole sector relating to the rental of villas and apartments. We have combined our experiences, our professionalism and our ideas and we have decided to put them at the service of tourists who decide to spend their holidays in the Argentario.

Property in a condominium, located on the 3rd floor with lift, which is accessed after a few steps. The apartment is centrally located, near the marina, in the lively heart of the town with bars and restaurants close at hand. It is bright and from the windows overlooking the main street you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The furnishings are refined in a nautical style. The house is a nice studio apartment equipped with a double bed, kitchenette (equipped with hob, sink, refrigerator and dishes), table with chairs for dining, TV, books and large chest of drawers. The bathroom with shower is large and bright, preceded by a comfortable hallway where you can store clothes and suitcases. Equipped with both a paddle fan and air conditioning. Ideal for couples. Tourist tax to be paid at check-in.

Neighborhood info

Argentario is the highest promontory of the Tuscan coast. An ancient calcareous island connected to the coast just by two strips of land, called Tombolo of Giannella and Tombolo of Feniglia which surround the Orbetello Lagoon, protected by a Regional Reserve and by WWF for its variety of flora and fauna and the important colony of pink and white flamingo. The historic centers of Orbetello, Porto S: Stefano and Porto Ercole boast ancient fortresses, remains of the Spanish domination. Beautiful characteristic bays with blue and transparent water can be reached on foot or by boat. Very close to the Maremma, to Magliano, to the thermal baths of Saturnia, to Pitigliano, Sovana, Scansano, home of Morellino wine and an hour from the Valdorcia, home of Brunello and site of Siena's castles.
