Casa singola con ampio giardino con alberi da frutto e piccola piscina. Molto fresca anche naturalmente. Possibilità di fare barbecue all’esterno. Ritorno alla natura A 4 km dal mare di Ortona e Francavilla al Mare. Possibilità di visitare costa dei trabocchi. Molto vicino al golf club di Miglianico. Possibilità inoltre di prenotare tour in barca. La casa ha 1 camera da letto con 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 singoli
