This unit has its private entrance and has a private and equipped garden with beautiful views and bricked BBQ. The property has a pleasant living room, three bedrooms with and two bathrooms. The property had been renovated to a good (no frills) standard and can sleep up to five guests. The property is set in large grounds with a beautiful pool area with a barbecue perfect for al-fresco dining. There is also a small playground for children, which as the pool and grounds are communal. Should you be travelling with friend of family please note there is one more house, with two units available to rent (just 10m away-please see ITA205/206). Just 2km away is San Giustino Valdarno with all kinds of shops and it is a good location for visiting Arezzo (20km), Siena (58km) and Florence (60km).
