For me, hospitality is something natural: I come from a family of restaurateurs and I grew up with the value of welcoming others at heart. Since I was a child, I experienced contact with the restaurant’s guests as a moment of exchange and connection. In addition, for many years, our home hosted foreign students for long periods—enriching experiences that opened us up to the world and taught us how wonderful it is to make someone feel “at home,” even when they are far from their own. For me, hosting is not just offering accommodation, but creating an experience of genuine welcome. And I do it with the same care as when you welcome a friend.
