Luna 'E Monte is a spacious apartment recently renovated, located in a very quiet residential area, ideal for beach holidays with the whole family. It is accessed from a veranda with outdoor shower that allows you to spend the evenings relaxing and enjoy the outdoors, then continue to the kitchen complete with dining room and relaxation area, a double bedroom with a small veranda, double bedroom and bathroom. Also in the kitchen there is a storage room where there is a washing machine. The very quiet area allows you to easily find street parking in front of the house, which is about 350 meters from the beach. Other things to know: - To access to the house, you will need to register all guests through an online process. Guests will have to upload their identity documents and to sign the short lease as required by D.L. 50/2017 and Law n. 96/2017. - In all Sweet Home Sardinia homes we are committed to proper waste sorting. It will be mandatory to follow the instructions that will be sent at the beginning of your stay. Proper sorting and waste disposal is the responsibility of guests, alternatively you can request the disposal service with a supplement - It will be mandatory follow the condominium regulations, please maintain a behavior that does not disturb the other residents of the building. - Unidentified persons are not allowed into the home.
