Lupa Flat is a typical apartment located in Via della Lupa, few minutes away from the Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona.
The recently renewed apartment is on the ground floor of a noble building dating back to 1760.
In the backyard you can find an old fountain, built by the famous architect Bernini.
The Flat can accomodate a maximum of 4 people . It’s made up of a living room with a completely new double sofa bed and dining corner, a double bedroom with decorated ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. It is provided with Internet connection and wireless connection, Tv, Hi-Fi Radio.
Please note: Balance at Check-In can be paid in cash or with Credit Cards (+3.5% Fee).
The apartment could accomodate a maximum of 4 people.
Check-In is usually from 4.00 p.m. till 9.00 p.m. (Cleaning Staff works in the flat during the morning).
Early Check-In can be added as extra with a fee of 30.00 euro (after 10.00 a.m. - subject to availability).
Late Check-In (after 9 pm) can be added as extra with a fee of 20.00 euro (after midnight the fee is 50.00 euro).
Check-Out is normally till to 10.00 a.m. Early Check-Out is free.
Before to leave the flat please ensure to have read our check out instructions in particular please leave the keys on the table, take out the trash, empty the frdge and close the door of the apartment.
Late Check-Out can be added as extra with a fee of 35.00 euro (maximum till 2.00 p.m. - subject to availability).
Luggage storage is free (subject to availability) from 10.00 a.m. till 4.00 p.m.
Children till 2 years stay for free.
Children from 3 years till 10 years pay only 5.00 euro per night.
Children from 11 years pay 10.00 euro per night.
Extra Bed if requested is 55.00 euro for the entire rental (linens & towels included).
Extra Baby Cot if requested is 8.00 euro per night (linens & towels included).
