Situated in the green pastures of the Tuscan countryside of Mugello, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods. Despite being only 4 km from the center of Dicomano, it is located in the midst of an environment where silence and nature lovingly embrace us . The farm Borgo Macereto has been totally renovated and offers free Wi-Fi. Each apartment has a wifi network, dining / living area, kitchenette and private bathroom with toilet and shower. Offers free on-site parking The property is 5 km from Dicomano Railway Station with connections to the medieval city of Florence and 20-minute travelling by car to Borgo San Lorenzo. It is situated next to a large amount of hiking and mountain biking trails , it is certainly the ideal place for peacefull, relaxation and wellness stay with the possibility' to taste in the surroundings local dishes.

The geographical configuration of the village of Dicomano appears a meeting point between different landscapes. You can choose to discover mountainous suggestions towards San Godenzo, as well as enjoy a hilly and flat landscape along the Sieve Valley or Mugello area. The old town has elegant buildings (Palazzi Dalle Pozze and Della Nave in Piazza Buonamici)) Many archaeological sites are located in Frascole. Dicomano is passage point to get to the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi Monte Falterona e Campiglia, and represents the perfect access way to immerse yourself in the protected natural area. The Park extends on the ridge of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and includes woods among the largest and best preserved in Italy, flora and fauna are of great interest.
