Michele is an Italian photographer and artist with an international career, working between Sardinia and London. His work, exhibited, awarded, and published worldwide, includes collaborations with over 10 editions of National Geographic and other major magazines and renowned brands. His photographic and sculptural works have been showcased in prestigious exhibition spaces in Italy, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, Russia, and Saudi Arabia. MAMAS was born from Michele’s desire to return to his roots and relocate his studio back to Oristano, creating a "house of art." This unique space combines his artistic studio with a welcoming guesthouse, offering travelers and tourists the chance to immerse themselves in his creative world during their stay in Oristano.

MAMAS is the acronym for "MA Modern Art Suites." The idea was born from the desire to combine hospitality and art. The structure hosts a creative space where the artworks displayed in the rooms and common areas of the building are created. Guests will be welcomed in a modern, elegant environment, rich in art. What makes a stay at MAMAS even more unique is its exceptional location in town, offering a unique view of the famous historical monument "Torre di Mariano II," the symbol of the city of Oristano. Our rooms overlooking the central square offer the chance to experience the city’s authentic atmosphere, especially during certain times of the year, with the vibrancy of the main square and occasional evenings of live music or melodies from nearby venues. We chose this unique location for Mamas because we love this energy and the convenience of having bars, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away... and we imagine and hope that you will too.

The property is located in the heart of Oristano's historic center, in the city's main square. Three of the four rooms offer views of the central square and the iconic monument of Oristano, the 'Tower of Mariano II'. Within a 50-meter radius of the property, guests will find everything they might need: grocery stores, a pharmacy, bars, a newsstand, a tobacco shop, restaurants, pizzerias, ATMs, and more. In the surrounding streets, there are both paid and free street parking options available.
