Head villa in residence with pine forest and 25 meter shared swimming pool. The house is' Composed by: Main garden and secondary garden On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with window outside the rooms but inside the apartment equipped with everything except a bidet Upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom with window and terrace (double bed with possibility of sofa bed) House amenities: air conditioners/heat pumps, kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, blender, pots and crockery for 6, nesprrsso and mocha machine, washing machine In the storage room: vacuum cleaner and steamer Equipment for outdoor dining and sun loungers The area is quiet and peaceful. Right in front you can find a sports club with tennis courts, paddle courts, five-a-side football pitch and spa (open all year round). We are located about 5 minutes walk from the beaches. Close to us (about 2 minutes walk) pastry shops, supermarkets, restaurants/pizzerias and newsagent. About a 10 minute walk takes you to Lido degli Estensi with many shops and services. There is a large shopping center 10 minutes away by car, with cinemas, shops and bowling alley. The house comes with 4 bikes and a barbecue.
Hi, I love living away from the chaos with my family and my animals, but I don't disdain a good dinner in the city or going out with friends... I like receiving and hosting... I'm passionate about reading, I love design and second hand. .. with a friend I participate in modern antiques markets when possible. I was born and raised in Comacchio and the connection with this land and the sea is very strong for me.
Lido di spina is a seaside resort surrounded by centuries-old pine forest with trekking routes and beautiful cycle paths (including the most famous in Europe which connects the Bellocchio valleys to Ravenna). A quiet area but at the same time full of life, services, good food and entertainment. Ideal for spending a beautiful summer for people of all ages.
