I bagni sono tutti finestrati La casa è situata vicino al paese di Mercatale, raggiungibile anche a piede passeggiando in mezzo alle vigne Qui troverete negozi dove fare la spesa . ufficio postale e banca- Dalla casa sono facilmente raggiungibile tutti i posti piu belli della Toscana Firenze 20 km raggiungibile anche in bus che parte da Mercatale. Siena 45 km Pisa &0 km tutti servite da strade facilmente percorribili La zona intorno alla casa è piena di borghi tipici della zona Greve, San casciano. Badia passignano, Montefiorallo questi luoghi sono situati a pochi chilometri dalla casa ,Il posto e adatto a fare belle passeggiate a piedi ammirando il panorama delle colline della Toscana e godendo della tranquillità che offre la natura La casa è immersa nel verde e potete godere di aria pulita e di tranquillità. le uniche auto che arrivano sono quelle della casa La piscina è privata arredata con tavolo e lettini
