Hotel Monteconero is set in a former abbey on the summit of a promontory, in the heart of Conero Park. It offers a restaurant, a spa and a swimming pool with panoramic views. All guest rooms come with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. Some have private balconies. The restaurant serves local specialities and boasts a view across the hills and the Riviera del Conero. The Monteconero Hotel also has a tennis court, children's playground, and private car park. Wellness facilities include a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and a salt room. The nearest beach is San Michele / Sassi Neri, located about 6 km from the hotel, in the municipality of Sirolo. The beaches of Sirolo and Numana can be reached by car in approximately 10–15 minutes, while Portonovo is about a 20‑minute drive from the hotel.
