CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM; check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Check-in outside the indicated hours is not allowed. ASSISTANCE Customer service is available every day from 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM (Italian time). An AI chatbot responds initially; by typing “operator” you can speak with a team member. ONLINE CHECK-IN (MANDATORY) It is mandatory to complete the online check-in by uploading a valid document (passport), as required by Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S., with guest data communicated to the authorities. TOURIST TAX If required by the Municipality, it may be requested upon arrival according to Art. 4 of Legislative Decree 23/2011; amounts, exemptions, and duration depend on local regulations. REVENUE STAMP For amounts exceeding euro 77.47, a euro 2.00 revenue stamp is required (D.P.R. 642/1972). USE OF THE PROPERTY An initial welcome kit (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel) is provided without daily replenishment. Waste must be disposed of according to instructions. Air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly. Dishes and cookware must be left clean. Any damage, loss, or failure to return items will be charged. MAINTENANCE Any issues regarding cleanliness or amenities must be reported within 2 hours of check-in.
