The recently built Mykonos Residence is located 500m from the center of Pineto and a few steps from the beach. It is also possible to access the swimming pool with free admission and for the exclusive use of guests. Just 100 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and just 5 minutes' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port which is now the seat of the Marine Protected Area of ​​the same name " Torre del Cerrano ". The apartment is air conditioned. On request, for a fee, internal parking is available. To give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price. Surcharge for pets: 30,00 eur per stay Mid-stay extra linen and towels: 15,00 eur per person. Mid-stay extra cleaning: 60,00 eur per service
