New and elegant building located in Piazza Fontana, in the heart of Lignano, short walking distance (150 meters) from the sea. Thanks to its strategic position, these apartments are ideal for those who want a comfortable holiday not far from the beach and from shops, bars and restaurants. Lift. Per apartment 2 numbered parking places (no minibus). All apartments are elegantly furnished, and offer the best comforts to make you feel at home as security door, safe, SAT-TV (3 Tv at disposal in each apartment: 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom), microwave oven, kettle, big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee machine Lavazza A Modo Mio®, air conditioning, 2 hair-dryers and washing machine. 1 Light WI-FI free” access included per apartment (for 3 devices at a time. No streaming no download). Nearest beach offices: n°4 and n° 5. Bedlinen included in the price. Towels NOT included in the price.
