Oltremare Residence is a traditional white-pumice building, and features traditional furnishings, modern design and decorations made by local craftsmen. Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchenettes and a large furnished terrace or balcony overlooking the coast. Breakfast is served on a shared terrace. Oltremare” is a new Hotel Residence with a 4 star rating, located in the renowned bathing area of Canneto, 3 Km from the historic centre of Lipari and reachable by bus. The residence, situated at the end of the bay overlooking the entire inhabited centre, benefits from one of the best views of Lipari. The Hotel residential complex “Oltremare” was built in compliance with the best ancient Aeolian architectural tradition: the typical “pulera” and the external balconies, not least, the white pumice-stone colour of the facade and the ancient local tiles that can be seen along the external paths, are, in fact, a distinctive characteristic of the complex.
