The apartment is in a 16th C building just outside the castle walls of Colle di Val d’Elsa. It has been completely refurbished, keeping some of the traditional features such as the wooden beams but in a contemporary style which makes it functional and welcoming both for groups of friends or families. It is close to bars and restaurants. Street parking is available near the entrance for short stays and free parking is available a few min walk from the apartment. The pricing policy is reduced for smaller groups, please NOTE that for 2 guests there'll be 1 room available, for 4 guests, 2 rooms etc. with the use of the common areas, kitchen , lounge and bathroom for your exclusive use (no one else will be staying in the apartment). I do this to be able to offer a lower rate to smaller groups.

Linguist, working in tourism and Real Estate. After living in various European countries, settled in Italy and now am the mother of 3 lively boys! Some of my passions are food , wine , art , upcycling furniture and outdoor sports. I will meet guests at the apartment to check in and explain how things work.

The apartment is located in the historical centre of Colle Alta, on the hill, overlooking the valley. It's just outside of the main ZTL so parking is allowed to unload luggage. It's a quiet town, but within walking distance of restaurants and a couple of bars.
