Since 2017, Palazzo Ninci has hosted and welcomed visitors from all over the world. We will do everything to immerse you in this wonderful atmosphere.

Inserted inside the eighteenth-century residence of the same name, Palazzo Ninci is a historic building located in the beautiful village of Civitella in Val di Chiana, a few km from the medieval cities of Arezzo and Cortona. The room is spacious and tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you need to spend a peaceful and peaceful holiday. The town is a real jewel, with typical restaurants, the castle tower and a small memory museum, surrounded by a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley. Excellent restaurants are located a few steps from my house or in the surrounding area (maximum 10 minutes by car), free parking and lots of nature, while numerous festivals and events enliven the town in the summer. The most famous is the Giostra del Sarapino!

Civitella in Val di Chiana resides within the famous triangle of the Three Tuscan Cities of Art Florence -Arezzo-Siena, on the hills that divide Valdambra from Val di Chiana. Awarded the title of CittàSlow, with its territory rich in Art and Nature, this romantic medieval town is in a perfect position to rest and visit all of Tuscany and northern Umbria with short car journeys. You can visit, in addition to the 8th century Lombard Castle, the Art Gallery, the Church of S. Maria Assunta, the Hall of Memory and the aedicule which preserves the Madonna by Giovanni Della Robbia. Numerous festivals and events enliven the town in the summer. The most famous is the Giostra del Sarapino!
