My name is Elena and I'm the owner and managing director of Palazzo Rollo B&B since it was established in 2006. I was born here and came back to Lecce after getting a degree in business economics in Florence, studying in Stockholm (where I refined my English), and working in Milan in event planning. I decided to return to Lecce to manage the re-launch of my family's 'palazzo' as a B&B right at the moment when tourism in Apulia got a new boost. In fact, our B&B is one of the first that opened in the city – it's number 96 in the B&B register!!!! -. Despite all the difficulties, I love this job because every day it gives me the chance to meet people from all around the world.

Palazzo Rollo is a charming B&B located in a 16th-century old Palace. It has a unique position along the main street of the oldest part of the city, scenically facing the suggestive bell tower of the Duomo; it has a large inner courtyard that allows guests to park their cars comfortably. A new and important renovation has been recently made and has allowed to recover the ancient beauty of the façade and all the original charm of the building, respecting a unique, great atmosphere. The Palazzo is characterized by the luxuriant American vine that surrounds the inner courtyard and the magnificent terrace, from which guests can admire, and almost "touch", the monuments of the town. The terrace is embellished with plants and flowers typical of our region, which have made it a real roof garden, an ideal place to spend the summer evenings outdoors. Every day at sunset from early spring, a traditional "aperitivo" is served.

Our guests are enthusiastic about our wonderful area and we are happy to provide them with any news, information and friendly advice they may need. We personally look for unique local experiences for our guests, such as cooking classes, wine and food tastings or trekking on the seaside. We do everything we can to accommodate our guests!
