The price displayed on the portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest upon check-out.

Cozy studio in a very central position, a few steps from the central station, the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the cathedral. The apartment is located on the third floor, without elevator, of a typical Florentine building. The neighborhood is lively and full of services, restaurants and typical shops, and allows you to easily reach the city's main attractions on foot. The studio is a large open space with living area and double bed, equipped kitchenette and dining table. The area dedicated to services includes a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, and a second separate room with toilet, for greater convenience during the stay. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area. Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge. Service restriction: Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°. The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C. Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day. The tourist tax of EUR 6.00 per person per night must be paid upon check-in. Pet fee: EUR 20 per stay, upon request. High chair EUR 20,00 on request

Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50 eur will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100 eur will be required. As per Italian law, the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature.
