Residential complex, surrounded by green and situated in a quiet area, about 800 Mt. from the sea and from the city center. Spacious garden, swimming-pool for adults and for children (open from 15.05 till 15.09), 1 numbered parking place (only for normal cars. No SUV and minibus). Each apartment is provided with security door, SAT-TV, hairdryer, filter coffee-machine, safe, air conditioning and heating (heat pump), microwave oven. Washing-machine in common. 1 “Light WI-FI free” access included per apartment (for 3 devices at a time. No streaming no download). Nearest beach offices: n°5 and n°6. Bedlinen NOT included in the price. Towels NOT included in the price. Pets are allowed: only small size (max 20 kg) and max 1 per each apartment. Extra charge to pay on spot.
