In the heart of Parma’s historic city centre, just a few steps from Piazza Duomo and Piazza Garibaldi, Parma Central Apartments offers three well-appointed and welcoming apartments, ideal for both leisure and business stays. Our properties are located in Borgo XX Marzo, 2 (second and third floor with elevator) and Borgo della Posta, 1 (first floor). The apartments are bright, fully furnished and designed to provide comfort and practicality, featuring a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a private bathroom, a smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a coffee machine. A baby cot is also available upon request.

The property is family-run and personally managed by me together with my mother, Simona. We take care of every detail to offer an authentic, attentive and always reliable hospitality experience. We are available throughout your stay for any need, as well as for recommendations on restaurants, itineraries and places to discover, making your time in Parma as enjoyable and effortless as possible. In addition to the official city guides, we also provide a guide created by us, with carefully selected suggestions on what to see, where to eat and how to experience Parma like a local. Our goal is to make you feel truly welcomed, not just accommodated.

The location is one of the main strengths: within just a few minutes’ walk you can reach the city’s two main squares, Piazza Duomo with the Baptistery and Piazza Garibaldi. Via Cavour and Borgo Giacomo Tommasini, ideal for shopping, are also very close by, as well as Via Farini, a popular spot for aperitifs and evening life. The Teatro Regio, the Complesso della Pilotta and many other historical and cultural landmarks are all within easy walking distance, allowing you to fully enjoy Parma without needing a car. The train station and the Goito and DUC parking facilities are about a 15-minute walk away, making the apartments convenient both for guests arriving by train and for those who prefer to get around on foot.
