Only an hour from Abruzzo airport in Pescara, nestled in the rolling hills of Italy's countryside, is a small apartment build in 2025, offers a tranquil retreat only 2 minutes drive from the village of Petacciato, and 6 minutes drive to the beautiful beach. The property's location provides breathtaking views of both the sea, and the mountains. The interior, with its modern amenities, opens onto a patio where you can sit and enjoy the sunset. It's a perfect escape for those looking for peace and natural beauty.

The village of Petacciato is only a five minute drive away. You can walk there, but the road is quite steep. The village offers a range of bars, small shops including greengrocers, a couple of mini supermarkets, and small boutique stores. The beach and pinewood forest is only a 6 minute drive away. You can access the popular and lively towns of Vasto and Termoli within 20-30 minutes by car or train. Pescara airport is 1 hour away by car.
