Pensieri di Cavatina is a luxury village Hotel inaugurated in September 2021, as a result of the elegant renovation of some old cottages previously inhabited by farmers who worked the surrounding land. In addition to the 14 finely furnished rooms, there is a restaurant (also open to external guests) in which you can breathe an intimate and familiar atmosphere, enjoying a magnificent view of the Sienese hills thanks to the large windows that make it a truly charming atmosphere. In addition to the touristic aspect, Pensieri is a farm producing wine and olive oil.
