Luxurious penthouse of 140 sqm on the entire 4th floor with 2 terraces of 105 and 125 sqm facing the sea. The penthouse is located on the waterfront where you can go walking and jogging. 5 min walk to the historic center. The first city lido is a 5 min walk away, other lidos with white beaches are 6 km away. The stunning salines of Marsala are 10 km away. Excellent seafood restaurants are nearby. From the terraces you can admire sunsets over the Egadi Islands and the view of Erice.
I live in Munich, Germany, with my husband and son. Sicily is our second home. We look forward to having you as our guests in beautiful Marsala!
The Penthouse is the ideal base for exploring the West of Sicily. In addition to the historic city centre and the salines of Marsala as well as the numerous wine cellars, highlights are the Egadi Islands, Erice, Trapani, Segesta, Selinunte, San Vito lo Capo, Castellamare del Golfo, la Riserva dello Zingaro, Mazara del vallo, and so much more! We will be happy to provide you with tips!
