Villa Bonicelli srl was founded in 2024 as a joint venture between the owners of the properties inside the beautiful hamlet of Villa Bonicelli and Alessandro, a young local with a passion for the Appennino and its unexplored beauties and hidden gems. The company manages a total of five properties with the mission to showcase our beautiful, unexplored territory. Villa from 1573, fully renovated, featuring an above-ground swimming pool, nestled in the Modenese Apennines. Located in a charming village surrounded by nature, the villa allows guests to enjoy a stay in complete tranquility and comfort, far from the noise and the hectic pace of the city. The villa is fully equipped, from the kitchen to the outdoor furnishings such as the BBQ, offering a unique space for families or groups of friends looking for a special stay. The three-story villa features a spacious living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes three bedrooms and an additional bathroom: a master bedroom with a private bathroom and private terrace, a second king-size bedroom, and a children’s room with two bunk beds. On the lower ground floor, the tavern-style level offers a second large living area with direct access to the garden, where you’ll find the above-ground swimming pool.

Perbone is a small borgo from the 1500s. surrounded by nature is strategically located between the Modena and Reggio Emilia Appennines. The local people are extremely kind and the food, being in Emilia Romagna region, is absolutely world class and full of typical products.
