Modern apartment fully renovated and furnished, with one bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning and heating system. Like a hotel but with that priceless homely feeling, Perdanoa is much more than a holiday rental, it's your home away from home. Your place to stay in the center of Sardinia. The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Ghilarza’s historic centre, all amenities are easily reachable on foot (bars, drug stores, post office, grocery shops, etc). Ghilarza is located in the heart of Sardinia, near the main road that goes from the north to the south of the island, it’s an ideal starting point to discover the region and its traditions.

Ghilarza is a small village where you can relax and enjoy life's simple pleasures; surrounded by nature Ghilarza's area offers many opportunities to explore natural and historical places. A few minutes away from Lago Omodeo with the historical Santa Chiara Dam and the “disappearing abandoned house". For archeology lovers the surrounding area offers many places and eras to discover: Domus de Janas, Nuraghe Losa and Santa Cristina, Fordongianus' Ancient Romans Bath and much more!
