House Piccola California is a peaceful and fully private holiday home with a panoramic view of the sea and valley – ideal for those seeking relaxation in nature. The house is surrounded by greenery, and it’s truly special to hear only the birdsong and the chirping of cicadas. Guests enjoy a private pool, jacuzzi bathtub, sun terrace, balcony, air conditioning, free WiFi, and private parking – all without any neighbors. The interior includes two elegant double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, fitness corner, children’s play space, and even a darts board. Breakfast can be served on request, either in the hosts’ nearby tavern or outdoors on the terrace. Walking and cycling trails begin right behind the house and lead to the beaches just 1 km away.
I enjoy sharing my spaces with guests and helping them discover the charm of my homeland and this small but rich corner of Italy. My wish is to offer a place of true relaxation, away from daily stress – a return to nature. I live nearby and I’m happy to help if you need anything, but always respect your privacy. I love local cuisine, nature, and darts – and I'm happy to invite guests to a friendly match in my tavern. On request, I also serve homemade breakfasts using fresh local ingredients.
The house is located just 1 km from the sea, surrounded by woods and green areas. It’s a quiet and scenic location, perfect for nature lovers. You can easily explore Trieste, just a few kilometers away, with attractions like Miramare Castle, San Giusto, and Piazza Unità d’Italia overlooking the gulf. There are also many typical local restaurants. House Piccola California is ideally located just 1 km from the Slovenian border (with easy access to Koper, Piran, and Portorož) and only 20 km from Croatia – making it a perfect base for exploring three countries in one stay.
