The beautiful semidetached villa is is located in a quiet residential area with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Gaeta. The house is surrounded by a wonderful garden with its private pool .The elegant house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor you will find: a large living room, with lounge area, dining area and the wide and well equipped kitchen which communicates directly with the garden through a large patio with the outdoor dining, sitting and barbecue area and the beautiful swimming pool with hot and cold water shower .An elegant stair brings you up on the first floor: with a master bedroom, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one is very wide and elegant with shower and double tub. On the attic there is a double room with its bathroom. All the bedrooms, with air conditioning, have their teraace on the garden and the great view of the sea. The owner lives next to the villa in an indipendent area. They share with the guests only the entrance gate . The pool is only for guests. The house is in a residential area on a private lane and we use to wait all our guests in Via Olivastro Spaventola, in front of the police station, it is few meters far from the house and much more easier to reach at their arrival we are always ready for any help our guests need
