Podere Montelucci FROM THE LATIN “MONS LUCI” (SACRED WOODS FOR THE ANCIENT ROMANS) IS NESTLED IN AN ENCHANTED WOOD OF FIRS, HOLM OAKS AND OAKS AT AN ALTITUDE OF NEARLY 700M ABOVE SEA LEVEL, OVERLOOKING THE HILLS OF THE CHIANTI CLASSICO, CLOSELY IN CONTACT WITH NATURE AND THE QUIETNESS OF THE PLACE. OUR GUESTS HAVE LARGE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SPACES, ESPECIALLY THE POOL AREA WHICH IS NOT SHARED BUT IS LEFT TO THEIR EXCLUSIVE USE (THE OWNERS DO NOT USE THE POOL WHILE RENTING THE HOUSE). ABSOLUTE PRIVACY IS ASSURED THROUGHOUT ALL THE PROPERTY. UNSPOILT NATURE SURROUNDS THE HOUSE AND THE GROUNDS. THE PROPERTY IS VERY NEAR TO SIENA, FLORENCE AND AREZZO AND IT IS ONLY 25 MINUTES FROM THE MOTORWAY EXIT. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED ONLY 5 KM. FROM THE CENTRE OF "GAIOLE IN CHIANTI" AND "7 KM.
