Agriturismo Podere Prasiano is an organic wine estate with an infinity pool, nestled in enchanting countryside among the hills between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. The farm grows organic fruit and vegetables and has an artisanal production of organic red wines and extra old balsamic vinegar. Casa Monteverde is the eastern wing of the main villa and features an independent entrance, modern kitchen, living room with wood stove, Wi-fi, 4 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, garden, barbecue, and private terrace overlooking the vineyards and rolling hills. La Casetta is an original stone house built in 1920. With one master bedroom and two single beds in the open space, it is the perfect holiday retreat for 2 to 4 persons over the age of 12+. On the ground floor, this charming stone house has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large bathroom. The private terrace with barbeque is only a few steps away from the infinity pool. As a welcome present included in the price, guests will find in the kitchen of their house a large selection of Podere Prasiano own organic products and the local gastronomic specialties. Absolute privacy: Podere Prasiano lays among five hectares of fenced land. Guests are welcome to explore our organic vineyards, the orchards, and the beautiful gardens, including the vegetable garden. A large private parking lot is available for guests just in front of the main villa, the access is secured by an iron gate.

Hi, I'm Emanuela Grotti, owner at Podere Prasiano and I'm looking forward to welcoming you! I grew up in my family restaurant where I learnt the secrets of traditional Emilian cooking kept for generations. I have run for many years my own Slow Food restaurant in my beautiful village called Fanano (Modena). I'm passionate about organic gardening and artisanal food and wine. I love to meet people from different countries and share with our guests our Italian Art of Living :)

Local people are the best guides to a new place. We are passionate about our beautiful region and enjoy introducing guests to routes for driving, bicycling, hiking, or just plain walking. The scenery is splendid, but the area is also rich in castles, churches, and other places of historical and cultural interest. Then there is the famous food of Emilia-Romagna, the best in Italy! Upon request Podere Prasiano organizes wine tastings, personalized guided tours, and cooking classes. Emilia is the region of Slow Food and Fast Cars :) At a few minutes' drive, guests can visit Ferrari Museum, Maserati, Lamborghini, Ducati and Pagani We are looking forward to welcoming you to your Italian home away from home!
