Podere Sant'Elena is a completely refurbished colonial house, with original Tuscan architectural features. It offers a large garden with swimming pool, and a private parking. Wi-Fi is free in public areas. Obtained from the transformation of the granary, hay barn and the cowshed, rooms at the Sant'Elena come with wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and modern amenities. Each includes a satellite TV, safe and air conditioning. Freshly baked pastries baked are served every morning for breakfast, while the nearest restaurant is within short walking distance of the property. Tuscany's most important historical towns, as Siena, Florence, Pisa, Volterra are just a stone's throw from the peace and quiet of Podere Sant'Elena.

Property info

The property is situated in the countryside of San Gimignano, very quiet area. You can reach the historic center of San Gimignano on foot in about 20 minutes through the old country road not passable by car. From our garden and rooftop swimming pool, customers can relax and enjoy the view over the medieval towers of the city, prestigious and charming surroundings especially during night hours.

Neighborhood info

We are in a very central area of Tuscany. You can easily reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca and all the Chianti area all this at most an hour's drive. Not to forget the Via Francigena that crosses San Gimignano.
